Game View lighting flickers between Dynamic and Static when a specific ShaderGraph is open
To reproduce:
1. Download attached "HDRP Test.zip" project and open in Unity
2. Open "test_scene" scene
3. Select Layout "2 by 3"
4. Open the ShaderGraph called "base_tbw"
Expected results: Nothing changes in Scene and Game view
Actual results: Lighting starts flickering between Static and Dynamic until the ShaderGraph is closed
Notes:
- This issue appears both on Windows and OSX
- Could not check lower Package versions than 5.7.2 because Project becomes corrupted
- On macOS, It flickers and on Windows, it stays static
- Could not check on Unity 2018.* because the project becomes corrupted
