Game view is black when using Stencil Texture in Shader
To reproduce:
1. Open the project “StencilTextureTest”
2. Enter Game view
Expected result: The GameObjects are rendered and visible
Actual result: Black screen
Reproducible with: 2021.3.6f1, 2022.1.9f1, 2022.2.0a18, 2023.1.0a2
Could not test with: 2020.3.36f1 (Console errors)
Reproduced on: macOS Monterey 12.4 (Intel), Windows
