Game window scale slider value clips for 3 digit decimal values between 0 to 1. Refer the attached video
Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a new project
2) Game View > Add a FHD resolution 1920 * 1020
3) Drag the scale slider from 0 to 1
Actual result: Game window scale value clips for 3 digit decimal values between 0 to 1
Expected result: Game window scale value should not clip
Occurring on: 2020.1.0a14, 2019.3.0b12, 2019.2.0f1, 2018.4.12f1, 2017.4.34f1
