Game View flashes on recenter when OVRCameraRig tracking origin type is set to Floor Level
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "IN-113602"
2. Switch platform to Android
3. Build & Run the project in a Meta Quest device
4. Move your head to a new orientation
5. Press the menu button on the right controller to recenter the origin
6. Observe the Game View
Expected result: No flash is observed during the recenter
Actual result: A flash is observed during the recenter
Reproducible with: 1.13.0(6000.0.26f1), 1.16.0-pre.1 (6000.0.56f1, 6000.2.2f1, 6000.3.0a6)
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Enterprise
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
Reproducible on devices:
Oculus Quest 2 (Quest 2), CPU: Snapdragon XR2, GPU: Adreno 650
Notes:
-Also reproducible in Editor
-Not reproducible with Oculus XR Plug-in provider
-Not reproducible when Tracking Origin Type is "Eye Level"
