Game threads are paused when holding down the mouse cursor on minimize/maximize/exit buttons
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Build and run the RUNME scene
3. Observe the Golden value
4. Hold down the mouse cursor on minimize button
5. Observe the Golden value
Expected result: Golden value changes
Actual result: Golden value does not change
Reproducible with: 2018.4.32f1, 2019.4.22f1, 2020.3.1f1, 2021.1.0f1, 2021.2.0a10
Notes:
1. Reproducible on Windows in the Editor and build
2. Reproducible on macOS in the Editor, also when hovering over the green resize button (after a prompt is shown)
3. Not reproducible on macOS build
