Game objects are broken and 'Post-process Volume' causes blurred white spot when in a new HDRP template Project
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new HDRP template project
2. Observe the Scene
3. Disable 'Post - process Volume' Game Object in the Hierarchy tab
Expected result: All scene is rendered properly
Actual result: Game objects are broken and 'Post-process Volume' causes blurred white spot in the scene
Reproducible: 2019.2.0a7, 2019.2.0a10
Not reproducible: 2018.3.11f1, 2019.1.0b9, 2019.2.0a1
Workaround: Update to newest HDRP package
