Game Object static toggle text crops when static toggle is ticked after prefab is created from that Game Object
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Open SampleScene scene
3. Select any Game Object in Hierarchy and create a prefab from it (Drag and drop to Project window)
4. Select Game Object which was used in 3rd step
5. In Inspector window tick static toggle
Expected result: Static toggle text fits and is not cropped
Actual result: Static toggle text is cropped
Reproducible with: 2017.4.32f1, 2018.4.10f1, 2019.2.7f2, 2019.3.0b4, 2020.1.0a5
