Further Billboard trees only update their illumination to the correct value when Camera is moved
How to reproduce:
1: Open attached project
2. Open SampleScene scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Rotate Camera
Reproducible with: 2018.3.7f1, 2019.1.0b5, 2019.2.0a6
Not reproducible with 2017 because of incompatibility
Actual results: further trees aren't illuminated
Expected results: Billboard trees updates light accordingly
