Full resolution windowed player is not quite full resolution
Attempting to run a Windows Standalone player in windowed mode at native monitor resolution actually runs at slightly lower resolution in most cases. See "How can we reproduce it using the example you attached" for a case where D3D9 and D3D11 behaviours differ.
This seems fairly minor; I am filing this mainly to document the behaviour in case it is helpful for investigating case 611206 or similar issues.
