FrustumCulling is not functional in VFX Graph rendered with Custom Pass when using AggregateCullingParameters
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “FrustumCulling.zip” project
2. Open the “OutdoorsScene”
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Observe the Game View
Expected result: VFX is visible when Frustum Culling is enabled
Actual result: No VFX is visible in Game View
Reproducible in: 2022.3.6f, 2022.3.48f1, 6000.0.21f1
Not reproducible in: 2022.3.5f1
Could not test with: 2021.3.44f1 (Couldn’t achieve the same effect because of compilation errors)
Reproducible on: Windows 10, Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
