Freeze when setting RectTransform.anchorMax to a high value via script
How to reproduce:
1. Open the "AnchorMax_Freeze.zip" project
2. Open the "Car" scene
3. Press Play
Actual result: Unity freezes
Reproducible with: 2018.2.0b2, 2018.1.0f2, 2017.4.2f1, 2017.2.2p4, 2017.1.3p3.
Note: After some time Unity unfreezes and Play mode starts.
