Freeze when converting Built-in Materials to HDRP on a specific project
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "CrashRepro"
2. Convert all Built-in Materials to HDRP (Edit > Rendering > Materials > Convert all Built-in Materials to HDRP)
Expected result: Materials are converted
Actual result: Editor freezes / hangs
Reproducible with: 6000.0.8f1, 6000.0.13f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.41f1, 2022.3.40f1, 6000.0.7f1
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Notes: Does not reproduce with DirectX11 and Vulcan
