Fraps overlay crashes Unity editor when resizing it's window
How to reproduce:
1. Install and Open "Fraps" program
2. Enable fps overlay (If it is not enabled by default already)
3. Open any/empty Unity project
4. By holding one of the windows corners frantically resize window
Expected result: Unity's window will resize without crash
Actual result: Unity crashes
Reproducible with: 2017.1.4f1, 2017.2.3p1, 2017.4.5f1, 2018.1.4f1, 2018.2.0b7, 2018.3.0a1 (dff33b0a73e2)
