Framerate drops when disabling Oculus XR and re-enabling it
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Enter Playmode with Oculus connected
3. Press up and down arrows to enable and disable vr
4. Repeat step 3 several times for stronger effect
Expected result: framerate is steady after returning to VR mode
Actual result: framerate drops after switch VR on/off several times
Reproduced on 2017.4.11f1, 2018.1.9f2, 2018.2.7f1, 2018.3.0b1
Notes:
-Does not appear to reproduce under OpenVR
-Bad framerate stays for subsequent runs until an Editor restart
