“Frame Debugger On” text color not maintained across different Editor Themes in toolbar
*Steps to reproduce:*
1. Create new Unity project
2. Open Frame Debugger window
3. Enable Frame Debugger
4. Below Game view tab observe “Frame Debugger On” text color
5. Change Editor theme to Light
6. Observe ““Frame Debugger On” text again after theme switch
*Actual results:* Switching between Editor themes “Frame Debugger On” text color changes, text color changes are inconsistent between themes
*Expected results:* Switching between Editor themes “Frame Debugger On” text should update its color appropriately to maintain visibility and match the new theme
*Reproducible with versions:* 6000.0.57f1, 6000.2.3f1, 6000.3.0b1
*Tested on (OS):* Windows 11, macOS Silicon, Sequoia 15.6
