Frame Debugger not showing Draw Calls from Particle Systems
To reproduce:
1. Open the QA's attached project
2. Play the scene
3. Once a few explosions appear, enable the Frame Debugger
Expected result: The particle systems appear in the Frame Debugger
Actual result: There are no particle systems in the Frame Debugger
Reproduced with: 2018.3.0a8, 2018.3.2f1, 2019.1.0a14
Not reproduced with: 2017.4.18f1, 2018.3.0a7
