Fragment shader with usage of any of built-in matrices breaks draw-call on Xiaomi Redmi Note 3
To reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Build and run on Xiaomi Redmi Note 3
Expected result: Both spheres are rendered
Actual result: Only one sphere is rendered
Reproduced with: 2017.4.34f1, 2018.4.8f1, 2019.2.4f1, 2019.3.0b1, 2020.1.0a2
Does not reproduce with Vulkan - both spheres are rendered although with no textures

Resolution Note (2020.1.X):
Won't fix: Drivers bug, device does not output any errors or warnings and none of the graphics debugging tools are able to connect to the device, so there's no way to determine exact reason.
