FPS momentarily significantly decreases when selecting a large area of a Grid in a short time using SetTiles
How to reproduce:
1. Open the project “tilemap_performance_repo.zip“
2. Open the “SampleScene“ scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Select a large area of the “Grid“ GameObject (video attached)
5. Observe the frames per second on the upper right side of the screen
Expected result: Frames per second decrease slightly
Actual result: Frames per second decrease significantly
Reproducible with: 2021.3.23f1, 2022.2.16f1, 2023.1.0b12, 2023.2.0a11
Could not test with: 2020.3.47f1 (due to errors)
Reproducible on: Windows 10, Windows 11
Note: Reproducible in Build
