Fonts in editor on Windows don't fit incode combo boxes
The fonts on current trunk (2019.1.0a3) don't fit inside combo boxes and in result are cut off at the bottom. See attached screenshots for comparisons between 2018.3 and 2019.1. This is a regression, and seems to happen regardless of DPI scale set on the OS (I tried on 100% and 150%).
