Font asset is re-imported and kerning values are set up each time when switching project platforms
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new empty project
2. Import the user's attached .ttf font asset
3. Go to File -> Build Settings
4. Switch platforms to any other available platform
Expected result: the font asset is not re-imported
Actual result: the font asset is re-imported each time, "Setup kerning values" takes about a minute
Reproducible with: 2019.4.39f1, 2020.3.34f1, 2021.3.3f1, 2022.1.1f1, 2022.2.0a14
