Foldout visibility state is not saved when viewed in the Inspector
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “BugReport“ project
2. Open the “BugReport01” scene
3. In the Hierarchy window select the “Test01” GameObject
4. In the Inspector window under the “Bug Report 01” script Component click the arrow next to the “Item 0” list field
5. In the Hierarchy window select the “Main Camera” GameObject
6. Repeat step 3
7. In the Inspector window observe the “Item 0” list field
Expected result: The “Item 0” list field is collapsed
Actual result: The “Item 0” list field is expanded
