Foldout arrows in the Model Importer's Animation tab are occluded
To reproduce:
1. Open the attached project (foldoutArrows.zip)
2. Select "animation" asset in the Project view
3. In the Import Settings, in the Animation tab, observe foldout arrows next to Curves, Events, Mask, Motion are occluded
Expected: the arrows are shown properly
Reproduced in 2018.3.0a11, 2018.3.0b1, 2018.3.0b2, 2019.1.0a1
Did not reproduce in 2018.2.9f1, 2018.3.0a10
