Folder's name is not changed to an editing state in the Project Window when Double-Clicking a selected folder
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project using the default 3D template
2. Navigate to the Project Window
3. In the Project Window, select the Scenes folder
4. Double-click the folder name
Expected result: Folder's name is highlighted for editing
Actual result: Folder's name doesn't enter the editing state
Reproducible with: 2018.4.23f1, 2019.4.1f1, 2020.1.0b13, 2020.2.0a15
Note: Selected folder's name is highlighted for editing only when clicked an odd amount of times (ex. 1, 3)
