Focused Inspectors do not repaint on every frame when playing a models Animation preview
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Create a URP 3D Project and import the attached Unity Package
# Select any Asset under Asset > Models > Lurker and play the animation preview in the Inspector
# Now open the focused Inspector by right clicking the Asset in the Project Browser and selecting Properties
# Play the Animation Preview in the focused Inspector
*Actual results:* Playing the Animation preview in the focused Inspector doesn't redraw the Inspector every Frame and the Animation cannot be previewed
*Expected results:* Playing the Animation redraws the focused Inspector on every frame just like it does in the regular Inspector
*Reproducible with versions:* 2022.3.56f1, 6000.0.34f1, 6000.1.0b3
*Tested on (OS):* Windows 11
