FMOD errors are thrown when creating Sound Instance on WebGL platform
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project ("case_1201868-WebGLSoundImport.zip")
2. Open SampleScene scene
3. Open Build Settings window (File->Build Settings)
4. Switch to WebGL platform
5. Open Console window
Expected result: Errors are thrown in the console
Actual result: No errors in the console
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0a10, 2019.3.0f2, 2020.1.0a16
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.35f1, 2018.4.13f1, 2019.2.15f1, 2019.3.0a9
