FMOD "Error initializing output device. " (60) and no sound when reconnecting Bluetooth Audio device in Windows 10
Reproduction steps:
1. Open project "BeatSaber.zip"
2. Open Scene "SampleScene"
3. Press Play
4. After hearing the sound, pause the Editor
5. Disconnect Bluetooth Audio device
6. Reconnect Bluetooth Audio device
7. Unpause the Editor
Expected result: Sound continues to play through Bluetooth Audio device
Actual result: The sound is not playing and this error pops up on the 4th reproduction step: "FMOD failed to initialize the output device.: "Error initializing output device. " (60)"
Reproducible with: 2018.4.30f1, 2019.4.18f1, 2020.1.17f1, 2020.2.2f1, 2021.1.0b1, 2021.2.0a1

Notes:
- Bug reproduction rate: 1/10
- Was able to reproduce in both Hands-Free and Stereo playback modes
- On macOS: Play -> Pause -> Disconnect -> Reconnect -> Unpause - no sounds, however, no error
- On macOS: Play -> Disconnect - Audio plays for less than a second through the device speakers, then sound disappears

Resolution Note:
This seems to happen only with a particular headset, so it seems that it's the driver that is flaky.
