[FMOD] "Cannot create FMOD::Sound instance for clip" error thrown in the Console when downloading a clip
Repro steps:
1. Open attached project
2. Enter Play Mode
Expected: No errors appear in the Console
Actual: "Cannot create FMOD::Sound instance for clip "" (FMOD error: Unsupported file or audio format." thrown in the Console
Reproducible with: 2019.4.24f1, 2020.2.5f1, 2020.3.4f1, 2021.1.1f1, 2021.2.0a11
