Floating window is not affected by monitor scale while context menu is
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project and set editor layout to default
2. Set scale of one of the monitor's to 150% (the scale should be different on both monitors)
3. On top menu select Window > ContextMenuWindow
4. While the editor window is on non-scaled monitor, drag the "ContextMenuWindow" to the rescaled monitor
5. Press "Click Me" on "ContextMenuWindow" and notice that context menu opened not under the mouse (see screenshot attached)
Note: "ContextMenuWindow" is not affected by rescaled monitor (keeps the same scale as the main editor window, which is located on non-scaled monitor) while context menu is.
Expected behavior:
The "ContextMenuWindow" would be rescaled if it is placed on rescaled monitor
Reproduced with: 5.2.4f1, 5.3.4p5, 5.4.0b17
