Flipped 2D Hinge Joints behave incorrectly
How to reproduce:
1. Open Unity
2. Load user-submitted project (2D-BugReportProject.zip)
3. Open "Game.unity" scene
4. Play the scene
5. Observe "Rig Flipped Rotation" GameObject reaction after being hit by a collider.
Expected result: Character limbs(legs) bend towards scene center
Actual result: Character limbs(legs) bend away from scene center, resulting in unintended bend angles
Reproducible with - 5.6.5f1, 2017.1.2p4, 2017.2.1p1, 2017.3.0f3, 2018.1.0b1
