Flipped 2D Hinge Joints behave incorrectly
How to reproduce:

2. Load user-submitted project (2D-BugReportProject.zip)
3. Open "Game.unity" scene
4. Play the scene
5. Observe "Rig Flipped Rotation" GameObject reaction after being hit by a collider.
Expected result: Character limbs(legs) bend towards scene center
Actual result: Character limbs(legs) bend away from scene center, resulting in unintended bend angles
