Flicker happens when virtual camera in timeline switches to another without crossfading
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project "Camera_flashes.zip" and scene "Repro"
2. In Hierarchy window, select Test/timeline GameObject
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Observe Play Mode
Expected result: As the transitions happen, when there is no crossfade, there is no flicker
Actual result: As the transitions happen, when there is no crossfade, there is a flicker
Reproducible with: 1.6.0-pre.1 (2019.4.22f1, 2020.3.0f1, 2021.1.0b11, 2021.2.0a8)
Could not test with: 2018.4.32f1 (missing script errors)
