"Fix Now" button in the Particle System's Material does nothing when there is "incorrect Vertex Streams" error with URP
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "Test1.zip"
2. Open Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity
3. Select SampleScene>Particle System in the Hierarchy window
4. Press the "Fix Now" button in the Inspector window
Expected results: The error disappears
Actual results: The button does nothing and the error stays
Reproducible with: 2019.4.40f1, 2020.3.36f1, 2021.3.5f1, 2022.1.6f1, 2022.2.0a15
Not reproducible with: 2022.2.0a16, 2022.2.0a17
Reproducible on: Windows 10
