"Fix All" button does not disappear after applying fixes when setting up DXR
How to reproduce:
1. Create and open a new project using the HDRP template
2. In the HDRP wizard, under DXR, click the “Fix All” button
3. Wait for the fixes (if there are any) to be applied
4. Observe the result
Expected result: The button disappears after all possible fixes are applied
Actual result: The button remains in place, it has no visible functionality
Reproducible in: 6000.0.24f1, 6000.1.0a1
Not reproducible in: 2021.3.45f1, 2022.3.51f1, 6000.0.23f1
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
