First IL2CPP build of specific project takes 3-5x longer to build
1) Open attached project
2) Build it
On first build, WebGL takes 10 minutes while Android takes whole 20 minutes
On subsequent builds, this number drops to 4 minutes on both versions
Reproduced, 5.5.0f3 5.5.1p1, 5.6.0b7
Can't test on 5.4 due to crashes
