No
Final release versions are not listed separately in 'Programs and Features' list of applications in the system
How to reproduce:
1. Install a final release version
2. Locate it in the Windows Start menu, right-click on it and select 'Uninstall'
3. Search for it in the 'Programs and Features' list
Expected result: it has its own separate name and version (e.g. 'Unity 2020.1.2f1')
Actual result: only the latest installed final release version is listed (as 'Unity')
Note: alpha and beta versions have their own listings with names and versions
