Filled Image Type doesn't use Image center
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “IN-29712_FillBug“
2. Open the “TheWorldScene“ Scene
3. Observe the “Image (1)“ GameObject
Expected result: The GameObject Image is being filled from the center of the Image
Actual result: The GameObject Image center from which it’s filled is off-set
