File -> Open Project doesn't open the selected project
To reproduce:
1. Open any project
2. After the project is fully opened, go to File -> Open Project...
3. Select a different project
4. Observe how Unity closes and doesn't open anymore
Expected: File -> Open Project... should open the selected project
Actual: Opening a project via File -> Open Project... just shuts Unity down and doesn't open it anymore
