"File could not be read" error is thrown when importing a PNG that has XATTR
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. In the Project Window, select the PNG file
3. Reimport it
4. Observe the Console Window
Expected result: No errors are thrown
Actual result: "Could not create asset from <path>: File could not be read" error is thrown
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0a12, 2019.4.9f1, 2020.1.5f1, 2020.2.0b2
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.27f1, 2019.3.0a11
