Fields are misaligned in the Inspector window when using IMGUI and VisualElements together
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "1421216 repro.zip"
2. Open Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity
3. In the Hierarchy window select "GameObject"
4. In the Inspector window observe the "Field Behavior" script component
Expected result: The fields are aligned
Actual result: The fields are misaligned
Reproducible with: 2019.4.39f1, 2020.3.35f1, 2021.3.3f1, 2022.1.2f1, 2022.2.0a15

Not going to be fixed as this can only be fixed in packages (UI Builder and/or UI Toolkit) which are not actively maintained for 2020.X editors. Please consider using the Unity 2021LTS or more recent editions.
