FBX Import scale diff between manual ASCII exported file from Maya and Maya direct import binary
To Reproduce:
1. Check the import settings of Sphere_FBX and Sphere_Maya.
2. Import them in the editor.
3. The asset importer scale is different (1 and 0.01)
4. The Transform scale is also different and it is read only..
Expected:
1. Both objects should be imported with the same size, as they have the same size in Maya.
