[FBX Import] MaterialDescription does incorrect color conversion when project Color Space is set to Linear
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user-submitted project
2. Navigate to Edit -> Project Settings -> Player -> Other Settings
3. Change Color Space to Linear
4. Select the "20211117" FBX file in the Assets folder
5. [Optional] Reimport the FBX file by right-clicking on in and pressing Reimport
5. Inspect the FBX
6. In the inspector change the Material Creation Mode to Standart (Legacy) and press Apply
7. Inspect the FBX
Expected result: The Color of the FBX didn't change after changing Material Creation Mode
Actual result: The Color of the FBX file did change after changing Material Creation Mode
Reproducible with: 2019.4.35f1, 2020.3.27f1, 2021.2.10f1, 2022.1.0b6, 2022.2.0a3
