FBX colors does not match the original Asset's colors when importing them to Unity
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project “IN-9377.zip“
2. Open the “SampleScene“ Scene
3. Double click on the “Assets/Models/Sign.fbx” Asset to open it with “3D Viewer”
Expected result: The “Sign“ Asset’s colors in the Scene view match the “Sign“ Asset’s colors in the “3D Viewer“
Actual result: The “Sign“ Asset’s colors in the Scene view does not match the “Sign“ Asset’s colors in the “3D Viewer“
Reproducible with: 2020.3.38f1, 2021.3.9f1, 2022.1.14f1, 2022.2.0b6, 2023.1.0a8
Reproduced on: Windows 10 Enterprise
Note: 3rd step can be done using “Blender“ “IN-9377/Graphics/TestUnity.blend”

Resolution Note:
The reason why the material has a texture assigned in the original project is because the texture has already been extracted therefore the importer can find it and map it to the material.
