Fatal error in Unity CIL Linker when building with WebGL
How to reproduce:
1. Open the "Core.zip" project
2. Make sure that Development Build is unchecked in File > Build Settings
3. Build the project
Expected result: the build completes successfully
Actual result: the build fails with a fatal error in Unity CIL Linker
Reproducible with: 2020.1.0b2, 2020.1.0b8, 2020.2.0a3, 2020.2.0a10
Not reproducible with: 2019.3.13f1, 2020.1.0b1, 2020.2.0a2
Could not test with: 2018.4.40f1 and earlier (project errors)
