Fatal error by GraphicsSettings.asset causes crash
Repro steps:
1. Open "GraphicsSettingsError.zip" project
Actual: Fatal error by GraphicsSettings.asset windows pops up when opening the project and then crashes
Expected: Fatal error window and crash should not appear
Note: If you delete GraphicsSettings.asset file from ProjectSettings folder error will not pop up and it won't crash.

Did not reproduce on: 5.4.1p2, 5.5.0b4, 5.5.0b5
