Failed to resolve UnityEditor.GenericMenu:CatchMenu when building Addressables

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project
2. In Window -> Asset Management -> Addressables -> Groups
3. Select Build -> New Build -> Default Build Script
4. Observe the Console window

Expected result: Addressable content is successfully built
Actual result: Error is thrown: Field 'System.Collections.Generic.List`1<TValue> AltShift.Collections.SerializableDictionary`2::serializedValues' from 'C:\Users\Ponas\Documents\All_cases\Addressables_Regression\Addressables_Regression-2021.3.2f1\Library\ScriptAssemblies\Assembly-CSharp.dll', exception Failed to resolve T UnityEditor.GenericMenu:CatchMenu (object,string[],int)

Reproducible with: 2021.2.18f1, 2021.2.19f1, 2021.3.3f1, 2022.2.0a3, 2022.2.0a8, 2022.2.0a14
Not reproducible with: 2021.2.17f1, 2021.3.4f1, 2022.1.8f1, 2022.2.0a2, 2022.2.0a4, 2022.2.0a7, 2022.2.0a9, 2022.2.0a13, 2022.2.0a15, 2022.2.0b3, 2023.1.0a2
Could not test with: 2020.3.36f1 (Package errors)

Reproduced on: Windows 10 (2004)

    I am still seeing this issue on 2022.3.4f and Mac PC.
    In my case, It solved throgh delete AddressableAssetsData folder and rebuild Addressables.
    But this means all addressable register including register names labels is broken.
    If you try it, be careful.
    I hope this helps people who is in this truble.

    Why is this closed? Literally cannot build our project because of this. 2022.3.11f1 MacOS

    Issue present in the version 2022.3.10f1 on macOS.

    The same issue persists in both versions 2021.3.20f1 and 2022.3.5f1 on macOS. This has not been resolved.
