[Facebook] uploading gameroom build fails with error
-e: see title
-repro:
--create new project (or use attached one)
--add FB credentials (id and upload token)
--make a gameroom build
--try upload that build via the build menu
--NOTICE it fails with an error:
---Failed to ConfirmUpload. -> [StatusResponse] ERROR #100 (#100) Parameter files[MonoBleedingEdge/etc/mono/4.5/Browsers/Compat.browser][segments][0]: Invalid id: 0 type OAuthException)
