[External Forces] Behavior change of wind zone
Repro steps:
1. Open the 02_EmissionAndForces scene from the [Particles] FTP project
2. Observe the External Forces test's behavior no longer follows the correct path (gif attached)

- Possibly introduced with the merge of the force field PR to trunk
