Expanding invalid MinMaxAABB when root object is rotated
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene MovingTransforms.unity
3. Play the scene
- Note the visual glitching in the game and scene views, as well as the errors in the console
- This does not happen if the rotations are default (i.e. 0, 0, 0)
- Reproduced in 5.5.0f3 (1d1a0b50d15c), 5.6.0b3 (358ff4ed3952)
