Deleting array elements with serliazed properties collapse/expand elements that were replaced by previous index
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open "main" scene
3. Select "GameObject" in the Hierarchy
4. Ensure that A, B, D classes in "New Behavior Script" in Inspector are collapsed
5. Ensure that C and E classes in "New Behavior Script" in Inspector are expanded
7. Press "Remove Item 3"
8. Notice how class D becomes expanded and E - collapsed (gif attached)
Expected behavior: Classes remain expanded/collapsed after removing item from array
Reproduced with: 5.2.4f1, 5.3.5f1, 5.3.6p2, 5.4.0f3, 5.5.0a5

Still an issue with Unity 2021.3.8 LTS. Can be very annoying when working with a serialized node graph. Deleting one node can cause the expanded status of several other nodes and their child properties to change.
