[ExecuteInEditMode] OnTransformChildrenChanged is called thrice when deleting GameObject
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene "OnTransformChildrenChangedBug"
3. In hieararchy, select "Bug" GO and create empty GameObject as a child
4. Notice that OnTransformChildrenChanged is called once. Clear console
5. Delete previously added GameObject. Notice that this time OnTransformChildrenChanged is called thrice
