Exceptions are thrown when using System.Net.NetworkInformation.Ping on Windows 7
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project ("case_1166149-_TestPing.zip")
2. Open the repro scene ("SampleScene")
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Inspect the console
Expected results: All pings are successful
Actual results: Exceptions are thrown while trying to ping the server
Reproducible with: 2017.4.29f1, 2018.4.3f1, 2019.1.9f1, 2019.2.0b8, 2019.3.0a8
Note
This issue does not reproduce on Windows 10

I am sorry to say that will be not be fixing this particular issue because it only happens on Windows 7 it has a very low vote count.
